Two Blockbuster Trades In NBA And MLB

Hello sports fans.

It has been a busy 24 hours in sports with two huge trades in the NBA and MLB.

Also, a NHL veteran reached a huge milestone last night.

Here we go.

NBA

There was a 12 player trade in the NBA.

The Houston Rockets acquired Robert Covinton and Jordon Bell.

The Atlanta Hawks acquired Clint Capela.

The Minnesota Timberwolves acquired Malik Beasley, Juancho Hernangomez, Evan Turner, Jarred Vanderbilt, and a first-round pick from the Brooklyn Nets that was transferred to the Hawks.

The Denver Nuggets acquired Gerald Green, Noah Vaniek, Keiter Bates-Diop, Shabazz Napier, and a first-round pick from the Rockets.


MLB

The Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired Mookie Betts, David Price, cash from the Boston Red Sox for Alex Verdigo and Brusdar Graterol from the Minnesota Twins.

Thew Dodgers also traded Joc Pederson and Ross Stripling To the Los Angeles Angels for Luis Rengifo.

The Texas Rangers have signed Greg Bird to a minor league contract.

NHL

San Jose Shark's Joe Thornton reached the 1,500th point plateau last night in a 3-1 win over the Calgary Flames.
