Columbus Blue Jacket's Nick Foligno has been suspended for three games for elbowing Colorado Avalanche's Pierre-Edouard Bellemare.
The Blue Jackets have also activated Ryan Murphy off injured reserve.

The San Jose Sharks have reassigned Jake Middleton to the America Hockey League's, (AHL.), San Jose Barracuda.
The Los Angeles Kings have called up Matt Luff.
The Carolina Hurricanes have reassigned Eetu Luostarinen to the AHL's Charlotte Checkers.
The Ottawa Senators have assigned Rudolfs Balcers to the AHL's Belleville Senators.

Milwaukee Buck's Khris Middleton is reportedly out for several months with a left leg injury.
Sacramento King's De'Aaron Fox is out three to four weeks with a sprained ankle.
NFL
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have placed Vernon Hargreaves on waivers.
The New York Giants have re-signed Scott Simonson.
MLB
Finally, the St. Louis Cardinals have signed Adam Wainwright to a one-year contract.
