The Ottawa Senators have traded Logan Brown and a conditional fourth-round draft pick to the St. Louis Blues for Zach Sanfand.

Also the Blues have extended the contract of general manager, Doug Armstrong.

The Minnesota Vikings have signed Ameer Abdullah.  Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The Vikings have also placed Blake Brandel on waivers.
