MLB

Tommy Pham is now a Padre.

The San Diego Padres have acquired Tommy Pham, Jake Cronenworth from the Tampa Bay Rays for minor leaguer, Xavier Edwards, and a player to be named later.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have reportedly signed Junior Guerra to a one-year, $2.65 million contract.

The Kansas City Royals have reportedly signed Trevor Rosenthal to a $2 million contract.

The Chicago White Sox has claimed Tayron Guerrero off waivers.

The Chicago Cubs have signed Dan Winkle to a one-year, $750,000 contract.

The New York Mets have re-signed Brad Brach to a one-year, $850,000 contract.

The Minnesota Twins have reportedly signed Alex Avila to as one-year, $4.25 million contract.

The Twins also reportedly signed Michael Pineda to a two-year, $20 million contract.

The Texas Rangers have signed Kyle Gibson to a three-year $28 million contract.

NHL

Anaheim Duck's Nick Ritchie is out for six-10 weeks with a MCL. sprain.

The Montreal Canadiens have assigned Charles Hudon to the American Hockey League's, (AHL), Laval Rocket.

The Habs. also have placed David Sklenicka on unconditional waivers.

The Chicago Blackhawks have placed Duncan Keith and Andrew Shaw on injured reserve.

Keith has a groin injury and Shaw is out with a concussion.

The Toronto Maple Leafs have placed Andreas Johnsson on injured reserve with a leg injury.

The Vancouver Canucks have assigned Nikolay Goldobin to the AHL's Utica Comets.

The Detroit Red Wings have recalled Filip Zadina.

The Ottawa Senators have recalled Jonathan Davidsson.

The Florida Panthers have recalled Aleksi Saarela.

The New York Rangers have assigned Boo Nieves to the AHL's Hartford Wolfpack.

NFL

The Atlanta Falcons have placed Matt Bosher on injured reserve with a groin injury.

Finally, the Carolina Panthers have signed Shaq Thompson to a four-year contract extension.
