NFL 

The Denver Broncos have activated Drew Lock off the injured reserve.

The Detroit Lions have placed Jeff Driskel on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

The Philadelphia Eagles have reportedly signed Lane Johnson to a four-year, $72 million contract extension.

The Seattle Mariners have reportedly signed Carl Edwards Junior to a one-year, $950,000 contract.

The San Diego Padres have reportedly signed Drew Pomeranz to a four-year contract.
