New Orleans Pelican's Zion Williamson is out for six to eight weeks after having his torn lateral meniscus repaired today.

The Boston Celtics have signed Jaylen Brown to a four-year, $115 million contract extension.

The Indiana Pacers have signed Domantas Sabonis to a four-year contract extension.

The San Antonio Spurs have reportedly signed Dejounte Murray to a four-year, $64 million contract extension.

The Brooklyn Nets have signed Taureen Prince to multiyear contract extension.

The Detroit Pistons have waived Joe Johnson.

The Sacramento Kings have signed Buddy Hield to a four-year, $86 million contract extension.

NFL

The San Francisco 49ers have acquired Emmanuel Sanders, a 2020 fifth-round draft pick from the Denver Broncos for a third-round pick and a fourth-round pick.

The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly acquired Quandre Diggs from the Detroit Lions for a 2020 fifth-round pick.

The New England Patriots have acquired Mohamed Samu from the Atlanta Falcons for a fifth-round pick in 2020.
